Study On Quality Appraisal Of Railway Stransportation Mobilization Construction

Railway transportation mobilization is an important part of transportation mobilization. At present, the main method for batch and long distance transportation of PLA is railway transportation. The efficiency of military transportation has an important bearing on the result of war in a condition that the security situation around our country is not optimistic. As an important means of military transportation, railway transportation mobilization is the basis of strategic deployment and one of the important factors of defence mobilization. Under these circumstances, it has become an important undertaking for a country to establish an index system to evaluate, guide and control the quality of railway transportation mobilization among defence mobilization management.This essay establishes a systematic structure of railway transportation mobilization construction and expounds its features through orientation analysis. The structure and features decides the mode of evaluation and the direction of value.
