The Research On Quality Evaluation System Of High-speed Railway Passenger Transportation Services

The competition among passenger transportation methods focuses on service quality. Facing the competitive market and in order to own bigger share,Railway passenger transportation should improve its service quality greatly.Meanwhile,China Railway has stepped into a high-speed era and more and more high-speed railways are under construction. The fact that our high-speed railway develop fastly needs us to offer high quality railway passenger transportation service.Moreover,the scientific evaluation method is one important part of railway scientific management and it can improve the situation of railway passenger transportation service.Firstly, the paper summarizes the foreign and domestic documents on service, service quality and quality evaluation of railway passenger services, then the basic theories of high-speed railway and railway passenger services quality are introduced systematically. Secondly, based on the documents and the practical situation of quality evaluation of high-speed railway passenger services, a more comprehensive and operable quality evaluation system of high-speed railway passenger services is established. Moreover, in order to evaluate the quality of high-railway passenger services, the Fuzzy Multiple Index and TOPSIS model and the Quality Improvement model are cited in the paper after analyzing the quality evaluation models used in the research of railway passenger services and the method of model selection. The former model focuses on the quality compare between the transportation units at the same level such as bureau, station ,team, etc and the latter is used to evaluate the quality improvement of different transportation units during a period of time. At last, an example is given to show the application and effectiveness of the proposed way for evaluation and some proposals are put forward to improve the service quality of railway passenger transportation.
