Research On The Land Usestructure Optimization Based On The System Method

At present, three major problems have appeared on the land utilization:First, the contradictions of population and cultivated land: there is a largepopulation, while there is little cultivated land, people and land have very sharpand outstanding contradiction. Second, the conflict of urbanization process andthe land: Urbanization construction must have certain land as guarantee, Thecontradiction between urbanization and cultivated land are also very muchconspicuous., Third, the ecological environmental disruption is caused byunreasonable use of the land. So how to utilize rationally land becomes urgent tobe solved. According to the view of system theory that Structure determinefunction, land use structure optimization is the core of land use planning, how toestablish a rational land use structure According to natural and economic rule isthe key content of land use general planning, of the land-use planning. It isreached finally that the compositive optimum goal of the ecologic, economicand social goal.This paper regards chongqing as studying area, 2004 as annual base period.Optimization of land use structure in chongqing is studied by using the systemoptimization method. Here is the optimized result: : The area of cultivated land, garden land, forest land, grazing land, otherfarming land, cities land, countryside resident as well as industrial and miningland ,traffic land, waters and unused land should to be adjusted from27.81: 2.69:39.52: 2.89: 11.5: 0.71: 4.39: 0.56: 0.5: 0.63:8.8 in 2004 to 27.90: 3.16: 41.52:3.10: 10.87: 1.29: 3.19: 0.65: 0.78: 0.74:6.8 in 2020.Only in this way, the landresources can be collocated rationally, the ecological, economy and socialbenefit of land use can be exerted to the optimization, the sustainabledevelopment of land resources can be realized of chongqing. Scheme ofland-use structure optimization operated supplies the basis for land use planningof new a round in chongqing.The study characteristics are followed.First: Chongqing's current situation of land use structure is analyzed byusing the quantitative analytical methods, which is higher in science andaccuracy than before.Second: Optimization of land-use structure is studied by Using grey linearprogramming. Grey linear planning is a dynamic linear planning, whichremedies the deficiency of the general linear programming, whereas, we canknow not only the optimum structure under certain condition, but the situationof it's development and change.Third: AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) is adopted to optimize thoseschemes. AHP is an optimization method of quantitative and qualitativecombination. Scheme elected has very high accuracy.
