Study On Land Use Management In Chongqing Under The Background Of Industry Transfer

With the deepening of economic globalization, the flow of capital, labor, information,technology and other production factors is more active, a new round of industrial structure adjustment dominated by the developed countries and areas is under way in the worldwide,industrial transfer and capital flows presents new characteristics and trends, a new round of industry mass transfer is ongoing.Chongqing plays the advantages of being rich in resources, low cost, large market potential positive factors to take the industry transfer of the domestic and international continues, it is not only beneficial to accelerate the region’s new industrialization and urbanization process, promote the regional harmonious development, but also to the transformation and upgrading of the eastern coastal area economy. Land, as the basic elements of economic and social development, guide and restrict the process of industrial transfer. With the speeding up of industrialization and urbanization in Chongqing, how to coordinate the economic development and rapid growth of industrial transfer of land demand and the contradiction between the scarcity of land resources in undertaking industrial transfer, it is not only an important theoretical subject, but also a great realistic subject.This paper takes "undertake industry transfer-the change of industry structure-the change of land use structure-the problem of land use management-solving measures” of Chongqing as the main line,constructed the land use management system analysis framework based on undertaking industrial transfer,and carries on the preliminary exploration.First of all,on the basis of predecessors’ research,the relationship between the industrial transfer and the land use is combined, so as to lay theoretical foundation for the later analysis;Secondly,based on the reality of undertaking industrial transfer and industrial structure,land use structure in Chongqing,the impact on the industrial structure by its undertaking industrial transfer is analyzed,and on this basis,the correlation of the industrial structure and the change of land use in Chongqing is demonstrated with the integrated use of the entropy function model,the correlation analysis,monadic linear regression analysis and other mathematical statistical methods;Finally,combining with the above analysis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solving the problems which are caused by the land use management in undertaking industrial transfer.
