Research On Optimization Of Land Use Structure

Land is a kind of non-renewable resources, which is the material base of mankind existence and society development. In the process of land use, the eco-environmental problems which caused by the conflict between land resources and human and land rational utilization of land have become increasingly deteriorated. So, how to make reasonable use of limited land resources, make scientific land use structure optimization scheme, solve the contradiction between the person and urban sustainable development, have become a problem to be solved.This paper regards the county of Yunxi as studying area, aimed at improving the structure of the land problem. The methods of grey linear programming and the grey relational analysis are applied to the research on the land use structure optimization in Yunxi. First, from the number of types of land use structure and spatial structure, it analysis the YunXiXian land use status of structure. Secondly, the population, grain total amount and per unit area yield to2020are predicted in Yunxi by applying the grey predicting model of GM(1,1). On this basis, the grey linear programming model (GLP) is established to optimize the land use structure in Yunxi. Then we get optional schemes to be selected by applying the grey relational analysis. Finally, through the analysis of the results of optimization, it provides some measures and suggestions to realize the scheme.Based on above analysis and model, the research results are as follows:(1) Diversification of land use in2005Yunxi index was0.52, indicating that the county land use relatively high degree of diversity. Yunxi is located in the mountainous northwest of Hubei Province, because of the special topography, garden, woodland has strong location significance.(2)Through the establishment of the Grey linear programming model to optimize, the three optimizations are constructed. With the county land use and economic development characteristics, this paper adopts the grey relational analysis the superiority of these schemes, with a final determination optimization scheme.Practice shows that combining the linear programming gray and gray correlation analysis method to optimize the evaluation of land use structure is reasonable and feasible, that can be adjusted Yunxi future land use, land-use planning in the development of a reference.
