The Study Of Enterprise's Government Relationship Management

The government is not only the implementing agencies of state power, but also representatives and practitioners of the interests of the state and the overall interests of the society. Acts of the government have affects in all spheres of society and corporation interests to varying degrees. Therefore, any enterprise has a problem of government relations. The government is a major stakeholder of enterprise, the government relations is an important aspect in coordinating external relations of enterprises, is a major social capital. Government have important implications for enterprises, including : Government impose indirect regulation and control on the the micro-economic of enterprises by using macro-control means; Government is the purchasers of products and services of enterprises; Government have information-oriented functions on the production and operation activities of enterprises; The government is the financial supporters of enterprise; government help enterprises coordinate with other social organizations relations. Government relations is crucial for the development and even survival of enterprises, therefore enterprises should pay attention to government relations,and consider government relations management by playing it into strategic areas.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the present situation analysis. It analysed the methods of government relationship management of the major industrialized countries (the United States and Japan) and the present situation of government relationship management of Chinese enterprises.The second part is theoretical analysis. It has done a analysis for variety of factors that affect government relationship management of enterprises, then deduced the overall model of enterprise's government relationship management and the sub-model of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises about government relationship management. Then it bring forward some strategies of Chinese enterprise government relationship management on the basis of experience of the major industrialized countries enterprise's government relationship management, with the reality of China, and it gave different methods according to different relationship of between government and enterprise.The third part is the analysis of application of theoretical. This part made a application analysis to the theoretical model of enterprises government relationship management by using a case of China's private enterprises government relationship management, thus it show the importance of the enterprise government relationship management and the value of studing this paper.
