The distribution of salary is not simply a "division of cake", but an enlargement of the enterprise through the "division of cake". Value distribution is not an absolutely technical job, but a strategic thinking. Therefore, when design a salary system, it is very necessary to find out the fundamental objective instead of being limited in just solving the present salary problems and the professional work of the Human Resource Department in the enterprise. Otherwise, although the present problems have been temporarily solved and the salary system has been built, it will be unsuitable again or even may barrier the development of the enterprise as long as there emerges new problems.HG Corporation is the leading enterprise in the field of farming and feeding in Guangxi. Since its establishment, It has went though 22 years, during which it develops from a state-owned enterprise into a state-controlled Limited Corporation and as its development, the salary system also experiences continuous changes. As the increasing intensification of commercial competition and people's increasing requirements for the nutrients, environmental protection and safety of the edible animals, HG Corporation is confronting harsh challenges, especially the existed salary system, which is not suitable for the development of the enterprise any more.This thesis is on the basis of the current salary system in HG Corporation and divided into five parts to research innovative salary system. The first part introduces the basis of the subject, research content, expecting objective and research methods. The second part shows relevant theories about the salary design, of which the theories, principles, influential factors, evaluation methods and designing procedures are mainly introduced. The third part gives a general description on the present situation of the salary system in HG Corporation and points out the existing problems. The fourth part does the innovation on the salary system in HG Corporation according to the present problems and developmental strategy. The fifth part is the innovative design of the salary structure in HG Corporation.Taking the theory of modern salary management as guidance and combining the practical situation of the enterprise, this paper designs a salary system which is suitable for its present developmental situation, with the hope of providing referenced salary design for those similar medium and small feeding industrial enterprises.
