At the same time, with development of society, and industrialization and urbanization of rural areas are accelerative, appearing a phenomenon--"the hollow village" in national wide, As a result, land is enormously wasted. Under the contradiction between human and land is gradually sharp, carries on intensive utilization to rural residential area become extremely essential. Under such background, this paper selects intensive utilization in rural residential area as research object, on one hand, we can improve utilization of land, ease conflict between human and land, improve land sustainable use ability; Secondly, can improve farmer's living conditions and increase their quality of life, This also is the demand to development of new socialist countryside in China; Finally, this paper has certain theoretical and realistic significance for acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China.This dissertation is divided into eight chapters including the forward:Chapter 1 is an introduction. In this part, the penman elaborates the purpose and significance of this study combined with problems raised in applying rural residential area in reality, Explained content and research methods of this paper.Chapter 2 is theoretical foundation of this paper, and gives a brief introduction and evaluation of the research tendency on related research at domestic and abroad.Chapter 3 is the main problems summed up in intensive utilization in rural residential area before and propose appropriate measures.Chapter 4 is current domestic patterns of intensive utilization in rural residential area. Each place may act according to the local economical level and geographical position and make a choice. Chapter 5 is benefit analysis of intensive utilization in rural residential area. In this part, from economic benefit,social benefit and ecology benefit three aspects carries on benefit analysis. At the same time, the author draw conclusions that social benefit and ecology benefit are far more important than economic benefit in rural residential area.Chapter 6 is the analysis of the potential of the intensive utilization in rural residential area. In this part, The writer makes systemic analysis and study to the connotation of the potential analysis,the construction of potential index and the computation.Chapter 7 is calculation of intensive utilization degree in rural area. In this chapter, the author made a bold innovation and established a evaluation index system of intensive utilization in rural residential area, on base of experts scoring,AHP and other factors comprehensive evaluation of various indicators giving each index entrusts with the weight and calculating degree of intensive utilization.Chapter 8 is a case study. In this chapter, take Zhecheng as case, make theory and practice coalescent.Ultimately, based on review and summary to whole paper, main conclusion, deficiencies and research prospects are put forward.
