Study On The Construction And Problems Of Social Security System In The Countryside In China

The problems researches on social security have been carried out quite a lot owing to its crucial status in the process of national development. However, our academic circle recently pays more attention to studies of city's rather than country's, short of systematic explanation. With regard to the problems about the construction and studies on country's social security system, the previous researches are done from the following three aspects: the theoretical foundation on the thought of country's social security, the existing state of country's social security in China and the developing model of the social security system in China.The thesis is composed of four parts. Firstly, the thesis defines the objects of the terms of peasant and country's social security in China, formulates the definition of social security as well as its developing models and different opinions relatively. Secondly, the thesis reaches back objectively the history of the development of the country's social security system in China. Thirdly, on the basis of affirming the achievements of social security construction in China, the thesis further discusses the existing problems of the country's social security as well as their subsequently passive effects and analyzes the institutional causes concretely. Fourthly, the thesis discusses the positive prospect of the country's social security system and puts forward some constructive ideas used to solve these problems.By means of studying on the construction and problems of the country's social security system in China, the thesis valuates the performance of social security system qualitatively, and draws several fundamental conclusions through comparative study: bringing about several relations which should be coped with in the course of the construction of country's social security system, putting forward the developing strategies according to which industry promotes agriculture and city helps countryside,hence to coordinate the development the social security development between cities and countries, the importance of speeding up the construction of country's security system by means of promoting the aid to the poverty developed. Along with the policies and ways stated above the thesis anticipates the effect of perfecting the country's social security system and maintains the stability of country's community.
