Psychological empowerment, an extensive concerned research field to foreign scholars, has already caused the research interest of our scholars in the recent years. The following measures, on the base of commenting relevant concepts, theories and current situation at home and abroad of psychological empowerment, were administered to a sample of 786 employees from kinds of enterprises. Finally, through Independent-Samples t Test, One-Way ANOVA, Correlate Analysis, Regression Analysis and Structure Equation Model explored relation psychological empowerment of enterprise employee and organizational climate, employee job attitudes in a Chinese context. The main research conclusions were as follows:First, there is difference in sexes of enterprise employee in impact of psychological empowerment; there is difference in degrees of enterprise employee in meaning and self-determination of psychological empowerment; there is difference in work times of enterprise employee in meaning and impact of psychological empowerment.Second, support, aim and construct of organizational climate had significant predictable effects on psychological empowerment; support and construct of organizational climate had significant predictable effects on meaning of psychological empowerment; construct and aim of organizational climate had significant predictable effects on self-determination of psychological empowerment; construct, support and reward of organizational climate had significant predictable effects on self-efficacy of psychological empowerment; conflict and warm of organizational climate had significant predictable effects on impact of psychological empowerment.Third, meaning of psychological empowerment influenced employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment through influencing support of organizational climate; impact of psychological empowerment influenced employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment through influencing conflict of organizational climate.
