Because of develop of the science and technology, the competition of modern market economy and blend multiculturally, business enterprise has to reform constantly. However, the knowledge workers are the main body in corporation. So, how to inspire knowledge worker' work autonomy and improve corporations' benefit are the prevalent problems managers cared. We based our research on the Chinese corporations' environment, and the studies about work autonomy, revise the questionnaires of work autonomy and work value. After the questionnaire survey, introducing exploratory factory analysis, confirmatory factory analysis and regression analysis, we gained the structure of work autonomy, the knowledge worker' psychological empowerment's influence on it, and the moderating effect of work value between them. Results reveal that:Firstly, in our corporation, the structure of knowledge worker' work autonomy is composed of eight dimensions: work method, environment control, supervision, behavior control, conscientiousness, emotional strategy, goal orientation, interest, furthermore, the eight dimension can be presented by two dimensions: exterior action, mental process.Secondly, multiple differences in gender, position, marriage, working time and education have been found on knowledge worker' work autonomy.Thirdly, psychological empowerment has significant influence on knowledge worker' work autonomy. In correlate analysis, each dimension of psychological empowerment has significant relation with work autonomy. In regression analysis, meaning, competence and self-determination entered the regression equation in turn, and the three factors could explain 30.5% variation of work autonomy.Fourthly, work value has significant moderating effect between psychological empowerment and work autonomy.
