The paper abides by the principle of coincidence of history and logic to probe into Marx's labor alienation from below three aspects. Firstly, it analyses the definitions of alienation and labor alienation from their historical origin. By analyzing them, the paper thinks alienation is a historical definition which has different meanings and special content. Alienation and labor alienation are particularly defined definition in Marx's works, and they have special meaning, linguistic situation and characteristic. Marx depicted the unreason conflicting situation between worker and his internal force. Secondly, the paper probes into and investigates systemic historically the drawing, content ,way ,characteristic and disadvantage of the theory of alienation of labor. Meanwhile, Marx discussed the reason and latterly development of labor alienation, and he dialectically commented on alienation and labor division. By probing, we find that Marx's alienation, as a transition with the trace of old philosophy and the seed of new philosophy, has unique content, characteristic and its limitation. We should regards dialectically Marx's alienation of labor and his critical attitude to it. Questions and notions related to the conception of labor alienation had hidden in scientific definitions such as commodities by them Marx analyzed capitalism. Lastly, I investigate the theory of labor alienation from the aspect of text. Marx's theory of labor alienation is the way by it historical materialism is formed and is the link by it these three parts of Marxism come into reality, and it is important content and theoretical origin of western Marxism philosophy. Marx's theory of labor alienation is the key to understand western Marxism philosophy and its other school.
