The power supply enterprises went to markets and participated in the competition with the opening of power market. It resulted in the changes of business way from monopoly to competition. Due to changes in market rules, power supply enterprises not only need to keep old customers, but also to develop new customers. The objective of management is from production to business in enterprise, which give top priority to customer demand. The power supply enterprises must offer their customers a variety of products sales program for different market needs.This study systematically explains the power supply enterprise how to develop and promote to market product in the open market environment. It'll be a guide to adapt to the open market quickly for domestic power supply enterprises.
