Along with the knowledge economy arrival, the knowledge already became the core strategic resources in the development of Economy. To the enterprise, as the intelligence capital of the organization, knowledge has become the most significant investment essential factor and the core property, the knowledge is playing the key role in the enterprise value creation. The management expert Peter·Drukker foreseed "At present the genuine controllability resources and the production determining factor is already not a capital, also is not the land and the labor force, but is the knowledge". Nowadays, regardless of the economist or enterprise's superintendents, they already realized that in the high-speed operation and the competition intense world, the knowledge already was one of competitive advantage determining factors, and effective management to enterprise's knowledge capital is a day by day urgent work. Based on carries on the knowledge as the enterprise core strategic resources scientific and the systematized management idea, the knowledge management arises at the historic moment, and becomes one emerging and the popular research topic.Although the knowledge management already obtained academic circles's approval and takes, and the knowledge management has also obtained the widespread application in the developed country, the majorities of world 500 companies already have all implemented the knowledge management, and has obtained the remarkable result. However in China, regardless of the academic research or the enterprises practise to the knowledge management are starts in the recent years. In some theories about knowledge management,such as the performance evaluation of knowledge management, in these questions also had wide divided opinions. This topic research are key in knowledge management achievements appraisal.In order to make the performance evaluation system scientific and reasonable, the author has done more thorough research to the knowledge management, and implemented the knowledge management using the construction knowledge management performance evaluation model to enterprise knowledge management to make the real diagnosis analysis, proposed the knowledge management pattern based on the enterprise characteristic.At present, domestic are few to the knowledge management performance evaluation research, so this research concrete content also has the exploration nature, mainly has done some developing work in following several aspects:(1) Discussed the relations and the differences between knowledge management and the information management with the human resources management. The knowledge management is one kind of new management pattern which establishes above the information management and the human resources management.The knowledge management is one kind of dynamic management process to the human and the information resource, take the artificial main body, by the information as the foundation, seeks the information-handling capacity and human's knowledge innovation ability best union, thus maximum limit realizes knowledge sharing and the innovation in the entire management process.(2) Constructed the enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation model. Through to the knowledge management thorough research, has established the reasonable performance evaluation target system, and has constructed the enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation model by using the fuzzy judgment method. Finally, take participates in the investigation certain enterprises as the example, has confirmed the enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation model rationality, valid as well as the appraisal work feasibility.(3) Proposed knowledge management pattern which based on the enterprise characteristic. In view of the fact that our country many enterprise knowledge management performance are not ideal, this topic proposed should respect the individuality of each enterprise fully and establish knowledge management pattern which suits the enterprise characteristic, in order to enhances the enterprise the performances.
