Product innovation has been paid more and more attention by enterprises, and product innovation items are also increasing day by day. But because of the restriction of enterprise capital and other resources, enterprises have to make a choice among many valuable and feasible items. Every product innovation item needs the cooperation and participation of each department or item group, so the enterprise needs to establish relevant system in order to make effective motivation to the cooperation of each department or item group in the enterprise product innovation. And it also needs to scheme out methods to make effective combination choice, and thereby optimize the enterprise's item combination.Enterprise's product innovation organization management is the main factor which restricts the performance of enterprise innovation. This research firstly carries on the design to product innovation synergy circulating carrier system. Only if the innovation synergy circulating platform is set up can the latter concrete measures be carried out.After establishing a system platform, this thesis starts with motivation; brings in the concept of economic value; seizes the value benefit of each functional department's whole show together by setting up a scientific motivation pattern. And this thesis promotes product innovation item optimization combination through effective motivation pattern. Only in the effective motivation circumstance can the designed item choosing method be carried out more drastically. As product innovation mostly involves people in technique research and development,marketing and manufacturing system, likewise, conflict mostly occur in the three functional departments. Therefore, the established motivation pattern in this thesis mostly fastens on how to distribute the income from enterprise product innovation in the three functional departments, seize the income from product innovation and three functional departments together, and accordingly, promote each department's synergy in the product innovation process effectively.At last, based on the established system platform and effective motivate system, this thesis bring forward optimize selection of list as a method to choose the combination list of product item. Taking descendiblity and anagenesis in bionomics as its theory foundation, computer technologies such as MATLAB platform as its instrumentality, this method find the innovation item combination list optimization as an estimating method by simulating ecological descendiblity and anagenesis process. This method fetches up the existing current estimating methods' shortages such as short-term and time-point, and has a certain practical value.
