Innovation is the source of enterprise development.With the aggravation of market competition and the product renewal speed,product innovation,marketing and service value increased significantly,the longitudinal effective product innovation has become the core competitiveness of the future development of the high-tech enterprises.Based on collaborative innovation theory,this paper aimed at finding out the vertical product innovation tactics of high-tech enterprises by using case study method.Combined secondary data with the questionnaires,this paper deeply analyzed the behaviors between the company and its customers,suppliers and related research institutes in their technology collaborative innovation.It also revealed the general law of the vertical product innovation process of the case enterprise,and refined the vertical product innovation tactics of the high-tech enterprise.So,the research on vertical product innovation strategy has theoretical and practical value.In this paper,vertical product innovation tactics are analyzed,and it included creativity vertical tactics,research and development vertical tactics,production vertical tactics and marketing vertical tactics.By analyzing the tactics of creativity stage,this paper pointed out that enterprises should take creativity vertical tactics to meet the demand or technology transformation.The enterprises can use the new technology to achieve the transformation of creative ideas with the participation of scientific research institutes,or achieve better technology applications to conduct creativity mainly by encouraging customers to participate in creativity.In the research and development stage,it found that enterprises should take the vertical product innovation tactics based on the factor transfer,the R&D entities and the patent model tactics,enterprises could cooperate with universities and research institutes,supply chain enterprises or customers to enhance R&D capability.In the research on the tactics of production stage,we found out that the vertical production tactics includes outsourcing and autonomous production:according to the economic strength of the enterprise and the production and management philosophy,enterprises could establish good relations of cooperation supply chain enterprises to help its production or to conduct manufacturing outsourcing.It also found out that in the marketing stage,the vertical product innovation tactics includes obtain customer feedback or shaping the brand image,the enterprises can put more emphasis on user experience and feedback to promote a new round of product innovation,besides that,they can focus on the promotion of product brand and characteristics to win market and stabilize the market position of products.
