Studies On Psychology Of Township Agriculture Technique Extension Personnel In Developed Region

In recent years, the fast development of social economy has influenced thedevelopment of agriculture largely in Zhangjiagang County, a developed region inJiangsu Province, such as the recombination and localization of township agriculturetechnique extension system, the innovation and realization of a series of agriculturalpolicy, the adjustment and transformation of agricultural development thoughts. Thisstudy was precisely carried on under these background.The questionnaire survey was carried on township agriculture extension personnelin Zhangjiagang County from three aspects, including the degree of satisfaction and theexpectation in professional condition, the work competence and the expectation, thecognizance and expectation of agricultural development.The results showed that the quality of township agriculture extension personnelin Zhangjiagang County was good, and township agriculture extension personnel weresatisfied with existing professional condition, had well attitude to extension work andMost of them were competent for the current agricultural extension work generally. Theyhad their own opinion on agricultural development.Some advice was put forward on further development of township agricultureextension system, such as further establishment and perfect of agricultural techniqueextension system, exertion of agriculture technique extension function, improvement ofextension personnel quality, enhancement of the funds support.
