Upon the domestic business revolution, the intellect of young generation is the most important resource of our common knowledge. Shanghai Automotive Repairing Corporation (SARC) is a historical domestic business with more than 50 years, face to the intense competition of intellectual, the development of local and international business, especially China joined in with WTO, the crisis of intellect has been appeared. The motivation system with efficiency becomes the most important resource of development, it may not only grow the employees input, also the organization.This essay starts the needs of intellect of young generation from Shanghai Automotive Repairing Corporation, the management administration, through to the organization and modern management, research and analysis the reason of the crisis. Secondly, it analyses the background, the challenge, the reason of losing intellect, the structure of now days through to the needs of future. It includes the most five important matters of motivation system which are the theory, the way of using, distribution of system, training, the environment of culture.It points the way to set the theory, the efficient ways, the new system of distribution, the development of training, the growing and development of culture.Finally, it concludes the strategy of motivation system for domestic young generation for the future.
