With economic development and scientific advancement, enterprises’demand for employees’quality is higher and higher. In order to enhance their own adaptability and competitiveness, enterprises need to forge a staff team with high quality. In this way, they can keep competitive edge and remain invincible in external environment and industrial competition that change at every moment.As a county level power supply enterprise of State Grid, C Power Supply Company is affected by left-over historical factor and system reform of "three sets of five major". The talent team appears with the phenomenon of structural vacancy. It urgently needs a large number of young employees introduction and quickens their growth, which needs to strengthen youth employees training. Though C Power Supply Company has formed basic staff training system, its value degree towards the special group of new generation staff is not high enough and it doesn’t have pertinence and scientificity towards young employees’training. Through investigation and research, the paper finds out and analyzes C Power Supply Company’s existing problems in Youth Staff’s training system and puts forward train of thought in training system optimization, which has important practical significance to C Power Supply Company.From C Power Supply Company’s current human resource situation and current situation of training system, the paper finds out existing problems in Youth Staff’s training system through investigation and research ways of looking up materials, interview and questionnaires, and so on. For example, it hasn’t made training demand analysis on the group of Youth Staff pertinently; specific responsibility of training are shorthanded; training contents are not rich enough; training mode is comparatively simplex; internal faculty is weak; and it lacks effective training evaluation, and so on. Then, aiming at these problems, it puts forward optimization schemes and optimizes from aspects in perfecting training demand analysis, optimizing formulation of training plans, enriching training contents, transforming training methods, perfecting training evaluation mechanism, perfecting and incentive and appraisal mechanism, equipping and assorting specific responsibility of training and strengthening team construction of internal trainers, and so on. In the end, it summarizes basic opinions of the article and puts forward the points which need to be improved.I hope that the paper’s research can provide help to C Power Supply Company’s Youth Staff’s training work, make the company’s Youth Staff grow as soon as possible, enhance overall quality level of the company’s talent team and realize the enterprise’s sustainable development.
