Specifically, for some questions of vacant place and wrong behavior that the main body in supply chain has, the paper came up with the preventive and comprehensive modern food safety control idea, which is based on the practice of the management of the agricultural product safety. Linking the supply chain theory and the agribusiness management theory with the game theory, the paper came up with the pattern of the reverse management of the agricultural product safety based on supply chain, by summarizing and comparing and optimizing the pattern of the management of the agricultural product safety. The purpose is to give theoretical guidance and practical pattern to the management of the agricultural product safety, and to broaden the visual angle of study, and to enrich the theoretical research result.There are four conclusions in the paper. Firstly, from risk management, the quality and safety management can reduce the probability of risk, improve management efficiency, and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, which is the whole process of prevention from farmlands to the table, integrated and traced back. Secondly, compared with the traditional quality and safety of traditional management that is sub-sectored, the management model based on the reverse supply chain can improve the quality and safety of agricultural products management level. Thirdly, the improvement of farmers' systematization can reduce the risk of problems of quality and safety. Fourthly, upstream management mechanism of retail enterprises is indispensable can in the quality and safety management. If the retail enterprises can not play the quality and safety management role, it would have the quality of potential safety problems.
