Agricultural products are necessities for people's living, whose quality safety is becoming the outstanding global problem increasingly. Regardless of scientific methods or pure value view, and regardless of domestic supply and demand or international trade, it all confront with the same agri-food quality safety problem. Based on the pessimistic actuality of the agricultural products' quality safety problem in our country, it not only affects spacious people in good condition and life safety, but also has influence on the continuable development of national agriculture. Therefore, it is imperative under the situation for strengthening quality safety management of agricultural products. However, it is really emphasized for the agricultural products' quality safety in recent years, for non-deepen academic research. We are not clear very much about the safety management status of our national agricultural products, not awareness of what is the critical point to control agricultural products safety and how to really advance the condition of agricultural products safety all-sided affectively and quickly. All of these problems talked above are necessary to be studied by the theory operators in our national agriculture. Therefore, the topic of "research on the food safety of agricultural supply chain" is developed in this paper. Utilizing the theories of advanced and mature industrial supply chain management, the purpose of this paper is to identify critical points or factors of agricultural products safety in the operation of supply chain. And then giving consultation medication to study what supply chain management optimization technology can play a key protection to agricultural products quality and safety. The overall goal is to make use of various supply chain management optimization ideas and technology, in order to achieve the results for fully protection to agricultural products quality and safety.In this paper, we take agricultural products supply chain management as research object based on ensuring agricultural products quality safety, taking integrated platform of agricultural products supply chain management quality safety as the aim, combining with quality management system, supply chain game and supply chain risk assessment as technique means, taking the Suzhou agricultural corporation demonstration for an example, accomplishing the whole research for agricultural products quality management security by eight chapters analysis step by step.Chapter one is the introduction. The part of introduction is the logic starting point of researching, and has analyzed the background and significance of this paper, the related current research status of agricultural supply chain, the main research directions, as well as the main content and the basic framework of this paper. Meanwhile, it has defined the concept of supply chain and agricultural supply chain, the quality and safety of agricultural products supply chain, as well as the scope of study. It has pointed out that the study covers innovation management theory and empirical application of innovation.Chapter two is the related literature review. The part of a comprehensive review is included three theoretical bases, which is supply chain management theory, agricultural supply chain theory and the quality and safety of agricultural products theory. It focuses on researching the characteristics, development, conceptual model, architecture and implementation principles of supply chain management and agricultural products supply chain. All of these are the theoretical foundation to study how agricultural products through the implementation of supply chain management to achieve agricultural products quality and safety safeguard in the following chapters (eg: 4, 5, 6 and 7 chapters).Chapter three is the critical point analysis on agricultural products supply chain based on quality and safety. This part includes a systematic introduction to the principal features of agricultural food supply chain model in Europe and the U.S. as well as the Japanese area. In addition, we have chose some typical countries and regions, such as the United States, the Netherlands, Japan and Taiwan region in China, in order to go on the empirical study. Combining with analysis on the agricultural, economic and social characteristics of the supply chain models, it will be put forward to some suggestions to agricultural supply chain policy and practices based on the successful experiences and lessons of the above countries. So we can easily get the conclusion that the successful application of agricultural supply chain management will effectively protect the quality and safety of agricultural products.Chapter four is studying on the game of price and quality in agricultural products supply chain. Based on the analysis of foods safety information situation and the disparity between the domestic and foreign, our country food safety problem is analyzed with system view, the research points out basic reason of food safety problem in our country lies in asymmetrical information of food safety. Considering the asymmetrical and particularity information of food safety, this article pay attention to signal game model and the evolutionary game model between food supplies and consumers In the evolution game model, the systems science viewpoint about the dynamic process and the power mechanism are quoted, dual utility function of consumer with stochastic parameter is introduced, and the evolutionary stability of asymmetrical food safety repeated game is analyzed with the system dynamics method. Chapter five is researching on harmony mechanism for distributing agricultural products supply chain income. It analyzes further another main aspect of influence on agricultural products supply chain quality security management—the importance of reasonable distributing income to different agricultural products supply chain nodes. Introducing its distributing principles briefly and handling harmony mechanism with the income distributing of agricultural products supply chain, it can get a frame of reasonable distributing income model for inspiriting agricultural products successfully. Consequently, it can ensure quality security of agricultural products in supply chain with positive inspiriting.Chapter six is researching on risk early warning of agricultural products supply chain security quality. Based on the framework of risk theory analysis, it analyzes the controlling and early warning about agricultural products supply chain. It introduces the key concepts and content focusing on agricultural products safety risk analysis, mainly discussing agricultural products microbial risk analysis and microbe quantitative assessment methods, using predictive microbiology model to establish shelf life prediction models and microorganisms amount prediction model, and introducing the Monte Carlo method to deal with uncertainty factors of parameters in the model. This chapter is designed to propose agricultural products microbial risk analysis model and conceptual model for agricultural supply chain sales terminals link based on model prediction, providing new ideas and methods of protecting agricultural products safety in the middle and lower reaches of the supply chain.Chapter seven is optimizing application of agricultural supply chain management, such as the demonstration of agricultural enterprises in Suzhou. From the entire agricultural products supply chain perspective, we chose key members in agricultural food production, processing and distribution as detailed research objects, and designed a set of related questionnaires. In order to obtain basic analysis data, it investigates the agricultural production base, processing enterprises and wholesale market in Suzhou on the spot. Then using some or all of four, five or six sections of the agricultural supply chain management optimization theory, it improves on the operations of agricultural enterprises in Suzhou. By means of data contrast, it can certificate the validity and reliability of building an ideal Suzhou agricultural supply chain management mode to protect the quality and safety of agricultural products.Chapter eight is conclusion and further expectation. The demonstration analysis shows that the integrated platform of agricultural supply chain quality and safety optimization management have important impact on the improvement of existing agricultural supply chain safety and quality issues. This idea for building the ideal agricultural supply chain management plays an important guiding significance. Based on the demonstration analysis, combining with the reality of agricultural food industry in Suzhou, it sums up the relative factors and the link impact of agricultural supply chain security. Finally, a broad concept of construction on the future vision of the agricultural supply chain security management model in Suzhou is put forward.Chapter nine is conclusion and further research. Based on the exemplification analysis, we will make a conclusion to these factors on agri-food supply chain safety. And then the limitation of this paper and the further research are summed up.After making a comprehensive view on the overall analysis and conclusion, the value of this paper's research is mainly in the following aspects: From the entire agricultural supply chain security management system perspective, by means of mature agricultural supply chain optimization management mechanism for protection of the quality and safety of agricultural products, it can not only provide consumers with a more secure environment and agricultural shopping channels, but also can enhance the control efforts to the quality of agricultural products safety management in entire supply chain. It helps to build the quality and safety of agricultural products supply chain system with most efficient credibility.
