Research On Agricultural Product Supply Chain Management Based On Food Safety Perspective

An old Chinese saying goes like " Food is the paramount necessity of the people ".But in recent years people pay more attention to food safety.People's basic life cannot leave the farm,but along with the social development,food safety problem is same as environmental degradation,problems such as global warming becomes increasingly serious global problem.This article from the perspective of food safety,through the analysis of the current application more extensive system of agricultural products supply chain management mode,build new form the new mode of supply chain management that can guarantee food safety.In this paper,the main research contents include: first,clear security of agricultural products supply chain management system and research scope.Second,in the safety of the foreign advanced agricultural products supply chain management model on the basis of the analysis and research,summed up the existing in the process of food safety in our country at present situation.Third,analysis the four core in the composition and the features of agricultural products supply chain management mode,application situation,the analysis of the four kinds of main agricultural products in the supply chain of the key factors influence on food safety.Fourth,on the basis of the above analysis,build up to the greatest degree to ensure food safety of agricultural products supply chain management of basic model and operation process.Fifth,by studying the farmers and both at home and abroad and its mode of produce quality safety responsibility system analysis in this mode of agricultural products producers,supermarkets,consumers,regulators characteristics and functions,clear pattern farmers and obligations of the parties under quality and safety,with stores in Shandong province as an example to carry on the analysis,discover farmers and in the safety of agricultural products supply chain system's important role in food security,summary,improve the safety of agricultural products supply chain system.
