China is a traditional agricultural country. The modernization of agriculture depends on the human capital investment which is related to the development of our economy. The lack of human capital investment is in the way of the future of our country.With the adjustment of the rural industrial structures, the participators in the rural labor show obvious sexual differentiation, and women have been the principle part of the agriculture production. However, our native rural women generally have enjoyed a relatively low education, which leads to the lack of the human resources storage. There are several facets to this question what caused such a serious lack of female human capital investment in our rural areas. First of all, our government and families are not quite aware of how important it is to our economy. The second, it is because of the lack of the investment channel.The center of my dissertation is to research female human capital investment of rural areas in china. In the course of researching, the author tries to analyses the actuality and the problem of female human capital investment. Purports of this dissertation lie in the two facets. First, it finds out the breakthrough that can be helpful to China's rural economic development. The second, it gives some proposes about the accumulation of female human capital investment in China's rural areas. The contribution and importance of female human capital investment to economic development are stressed. It is shown that basic education and medical care & health hold a central place in female human capital investment.Therefore, to attach great importance to the investment in the rural women's human resources will show relatively strong positive externalities and its great significant, which will also be conducive to the sustainable development of the rural economy.
