The Research On The Countermeasures To Expend Endowment Resources In The Countryside

With the coming of our aging society, the rural elderly population is growing, corresponding to that the demand of the rural residents′endowment spending is also gradually increasing. In such circumstances, we must provide the elders in rural areas with adequate endowment resources to meet their basic, which will ensure they can have a healthy and happy life. Therefore, studying the issue of expanding the supply of the rural endowment resources has its important and far-reaching significance.In recent years, with the states that the aging of the rural being intensified,the structure of rural families having become smaller,rural labor be transferring, the rural endowment resources supply has undergone a number of problems,such as the supply of the rural endowment resources is comparatively reducing,weighting material supply but not spirit,lacking system security and so on. Moreover, these problems have seriously affected the rural elderly to live a normal life and highlighted the plight of rural endowment.According to that we must take effective measures to expand the supply of rural endowment resources on the basic of full study in order to expeditiously resolve the rural old-age issues.
