Peasant workers are a new type of labor force and rapid development of China’s reform and opening up and industrialization, urbanization stage emerged, is an im portant force to promote the development of economic and social structure chan ge Chinese, made a significant contribution to the city prosperity, economic devel opment. However, at present the vast majority of peasant workers in China are sti11excluded from the existing social security system, especially the old-age securit y of Peasant workers is concerned, the aging of the population in the increasingly serious situation, solve the problem of peasant workers endowment has great reali stic meaning of the harmonious society and the construction of urbanization, to m aintain social stability construction. As the first peasant workers endowment insur ance pilot in Hunan Province, Chenzhou industrial park,The policy design in ref erence to suit one’s measures to local conditions, based on the experience of oth er provinces and therefore, the specific measures and experiences are worth explori ng.
