With the rapid development of global economy,the competition among companies is becoming severe increasingly.So as to keep its feet and have upper position,every of them is fighting ways to strengthen its own core competence,in which the high-quality employees,especially the knowledge type employees,are the most precious keys.Thus how to inspire their motivation and involvement has become an important subject to the employee resouces administration.Gamification motivation is a new approach based on the internal motivation theory and so develops.By using the approach,the administrator is inspired from the game to apply the gamification features and approaches to help solve the problem during administration.Traditional performance management system easily restrain employees' motivation,which results in the employees working only for external purposes.While gamification motivation is to inspire employees internal desire so that employees can be absorbed to work with their motivationand involvement.G Company is a high-tech enterprise that was reformed from a state-owned one.Every department,particularly its R & D department has the most knowledge type employees.Since reformation,the company has made full use of the chance from home and abroad to gain long-term development.Meanwhile,with the research projects increasing,higher demands are required for its working efficiency in R & D department.However,its residual traditional concept and stability of position lead to the staffs' passiveness and lack of motivation.Therefore,the effective approaches to motivate the knowledge employees play an important part in the development of a company.In this article,the writer firstlyexplains the background and meanings of the selected topic then the concept and characters of intention theory as well as motivation theory including gamification motivation.Furthermore,he,with the feature of knowledge type,he analyzes the motivation status and problems.Later,by combining the gamification motivation theory with the investigation in G company,he puts forward the solution to the employees' s problems,meanwhile the suggestion to bulid up the frame of gamification motivation.
