The Research On Combination Value Creation Of Hi-tech Enterprises' Cooperative R&D Network And Technical Standards Alliance

With economy globalization and system technology development, technical standard has become an important competitive means. The significance of technical standard makes the efficient combination of cooperative R&D network and technical standards alliance the trend in hi-tech fields. They coordinate, and focus on the process of combination value creation. During the process, both of them use sharing resource, set up technical standards, and create enterprise's value. Therefor, we pick up cooperative R&D network and technical standards alliance as the research object. It will make valuable sense to do research on the combination value creation in theory and realism.In this article, we adopt literature summarization, theory discussion, model construction and numerical simulation in reasearch. Firstly, we introduce the research background and significance, specify the research object and main content, and review some corresponding research theory and literature survey. Then, we analyze the combination value creation qualitatively, including the influence factors- transaction cost, technical resource and consumer installed base, organizational study abilities; the combination process- cooperative R&D network accelerates the development of technical standards alliance, and technical standards alliance impels the development of cooperative R&D network; the combination value creation approaches-changing enemies into friends, utilizing comprehensively and learning inside. Based on this qualitative analysis, we analyze the combination value creation quantitatively by the game models for each value creation approach, and justify the models'effectiveness by the method of numerical simulation. From above analytic results, we bing forward some suggestions and measures about the combination value creation in seven parts, namely, choosing partners with high quality resource and improving the quliaty of sharing resource; Sharing organizational resource and strengthening technical standard cooperation in network; enhancing organizational study abilities and creating"study organization"; improving relationship capital management and coordinating combination relationship; increasing open degree of network and controlling network scale; establishing effective operation and management regulations of combination value creation network, and last, depengding on government powerful functions. We sincerely hope these suggestions will give hi-tech enterprises some useful meanings about value creating activities.Lastly, this article sums the main research conclusions, innovative points and the limitations as well as the directions for further study.
