| This article studies the cold chain logistics problems under the supply chain environment. With the development of logistics industry and the improvement of living standard, people's consumption concepts tend to become more diverse and they are in favor of fast and convenient consumption, the demand for some products such as fresh fruit and vegetables and milk is becoming higher and higher year by year. Minor batches, variety and high-preservation have been the main characteristics of dairy product cold chain logistics. This means higher requirements for cold chain logistics, especially the dairy product cold chain logistics have been set..At first, this paper analyses the relation between supply chain and cold chain, and points out that cold chain is a special kind of supply chain. So we can improve and perfect cold chain by using supply chain theory. Then, the characteristics and regulations of cold chain are analyzed, and the chain structures of fruit and vegetable cold chain, meat product cold chain, dairy product cold chain and vaccine lymph cold chain are built. Also, the general cold chain structure chart is built. Subsequently, the facilities and equipment, together with the applied technologies that are used in the cold chains are analyzed. Furthermore, this paper explores the questions of equipment selection and performance evaluation. Immediately, with YAHUA Company as an example, the diary product cold chain is examined and meanwhile, the planning and simulation of the diary product cold chain are done. At last, this paper presents some beneficial suggestions about how to improve cold chain logistics.Studies on cold chain logistics, especially on dairy product cold chain logistics under the supply chain environment, are significant in promoting the development of our national cold chain logistics. And in turn our milk industry will be bettered. Therefore, it has some practical effects on the improvement of our people's dietary structure and physical fitness. |
