Study On The Performance Evaluation System Of Supply Chain Based On The Fuzzy AHP

Supply chain is one of the study focuses in the current academia. Supply chain changed the traditional competition pattern, and market competition has transformed from the competition among individual enterprises into the competition in supply chain of those enterprises. How to ensure more advantages through power-and-power union, how to reduce the conflict among enterprises brought by this combination and how to validate better performance of this combination are all the main concerns of every member of supply chain organization. So carrying out thoroughly and systematically studies on management of supply chain and performance evaluation of it have important theoretical and practical significance.Basing on the theory of supply chain management and performance evaluation theory, combining of theoretical and empirical methods, the dissertation studies On two aspects that are the supply chain performance evaluation system and performance evaluation model. On the foundation of SCOR model and balanced Scorecard, this dissertation sets up the performance measurement system from four respects, that is business procedure, financial situation, product quality and customer satisfaction, fully considering the balance between the short-term targets and the long-term targets, external performance and inside performance, financial index and non-financial index, quantitative index and nature index. And then through an analysis of the basic principle of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), this dissertation introduces the fuzzy AHP into the field of performance measurement of supply chains, sets up the fuzzy analytic hierarchy model of performance measurement of supply chains, and puts forward the weight index revision method.Lastly, Through the practical studies on supply chain performance power equipment manufacturing industry, the excellent, the dissertation Test the practicality of the model. Conclusions of this thesis are as follows: The supply chain performance is in a low level, it is urgent to improve. This thesis specifies its limitations and direction for further study as the end.
