Crowned as the Fifth Media after newspaper,radio,TV,internet, Mobile TV is widely believed by the insiders to be one of the most popular value-added wireless telecommunication applications in 2007. China's mobile TV market is gathering momentum in 2007, with the popularization of mobile TV concept, cultivation of subscriber' consumption habit and the active involvement of upstream and downstream enterprises of the industry chain. Meanwhile, we must be aware of the difficulties on the course of China's mobile TV development, such as the unclear pertinent national policies, lack of uniformity in the way of technical realization and the immature business model.This thesis will discuss the development strategy of business model of mobile TV from the perspective of management. By analyzing the six subscriber's needs for mobile TV, relationships between enterprises and situations of some typical enterprises in the whole industry chain, influence elements of mobile TV, advantage and disadvantage of three main business models and two special business models of Dragon and Nokia , the thesis is trying to find a better business model which is fit for China.
