Today, As the rapid development of global mobile Internet, mobile internet in various countries play an increasingly important role. The field of mobile internet has focused on the world’s leading mobile network operators, Internet operating companies, terminal manufacturers, content and application developers, have formed the complex ecosystem of a global competition and cooperation. The industrial chain of mobile internet related businesses are thinking about the deficiencies of the existing business model, to prepare for business model innovation. Apple’s App Store has been formally launched in July2008,its unique App Store model for application developers an opening platform for developers to upload applications, Apple and developers divided on the sales revenue of the application. This model not only to meet the diversified and individualized needs of the users, and emulating the business model of the industrial chain business of Microsoft, Google, Samsung and China Mobile.The App Store model is based on the success of mobile internet business model, by studying the global application store market size and software size, by literature review and case comparison method. Select one of the most representative leader in the application store model——App Store and China Mobile MM(mobile market)as the object of study, A comparative study of participant motivation of the platform leader, locking strategies, and the software’s type of application platform to supported, draw the advantages and disadvantages of two models. Thus, proposed innovation direction of China mobile’MM model based on the mobile Internet. This article is a successful model based on the number of mobile internet business model as research, a comparative study for which the two models. Involved in two business models is just the application platform provider in the mobile internet industry value chain, can’t completely reflect the advantages of the other typical business models. And followed in the comparative study, only from the platform leader compared the leading motives of the models, locking strategy and operating system apply to application platform,The mobile internet industry chain not be to seen as a whole.
