Study On The Problem Of China's Energy Security Viewing From The Angle Of The International Law

After Iraq War the problem of fuel resource is becoming more and more attractive to the entire world. How to protect the native energy insurance is generally becoming the core part of the policy and strategy for each country. Both import and export countries think highly of the problem of fuel resource and adopt political, economic, diplomatic and even military measures to insure their energy security. At present, energy of our country especially petroleum import is increasing continuously and the energy safety also faces the severe challenge.Based on the analysis,the author pointed out that: compared to other methods, it has special significance to cooperate with the central Asian nations considering the energy security of China and the Central Asian countries in this paper. When talking about the energy cooperation with the Central Asian, the author focused on the exploration of the legal protection measures. What's more, through describing the present legal safeguard of the existing of international and Central Asia's Energy Agency, in this paper, the author also raised the measures how to improve China's energy security legal safeguards from the aspects of the domestic legislation and the establishment of a regional energy cooperation organization.
