After the former Soviet Union disintegrates, Central Asia appear new geopolitics, find abundant oil gas resources even meanwhile, it is the third largest petroleum storing up area of world second only to Middle East and Siberia, 21st century world large energy storehouse most of economic development one of, become U.S.A. and Russia target that alien force contend for. China verifies the petroleum reserves limitedly, greater and greater with the economic volume of consumption of development . So, Central Asia petroleum will be the main outside oil source in addition to Middle East of China. So, Central Asia petroleum will be the main outside oil source in addition to Middle East of China . In order to guarantee Chinese petroleum's security, it will be the great strategic policy that our country has to face to supply with the pluralism of the source, should become the key area where our country participate in the overseas business activities with Central Asia of the Chinese looks department. China is adjacent to Central Asia, there is advantage of launching oil gas cooperation on the geographical reason , keep the good relation with various countries of Central Asia in political diplomacy . China launches the energy cooperation with Central Asia, it is safe to be not merely favorable to the Chinese energy, promote the development of western regions, and help to further promote the development of China and relations of various countries of Central Asia.The Chinese energy is safe to launch the energy cooperation between China and Central Asia and can be further maintained under the new situation, not only to the national security of China , but also have great significance in stabilizing the area and world energy situation.
