Research On The Land Resources Carrying Capacity And Optimal Allocation

Land is the material base of mankind existence and society development. With the growth of population , the contradiction between the people and the land has been more serious day by day . How to utilize the limited land rationally is an important issue for regional sustainable development . The characteristic of the optimal allocation of land resources based on the analysis of carrying capacity is that the land carrying capacity analysis is the premise of the optimal allocation , which should satisfy the land carrying capacity the need.This article uses Kashgar,Xinjiang Province as investigation region, on the base of analysis on land utilization location, natural, social and economic background, studies the configuration and quantity characteristics of land utilization and the problems in existence of land utilization. Research on land resource carrying capacity of Kashgar. Based on the analysis result obve,the Kashgar land resources allocation been optimized from macroscopic and center in view criterion.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is uesd to definite division target weight in macroscopic division optimization. By calculating land utilization ompositeindex of every villages, carries on the division optimization to Kashgar.The land utilization structure optimal applys linear programming method,taking the aim of aiming at the maximizing the economic benefits,according to the restriction qualifications of land area, population gross, primary products requirement, entironment condition, policy control of land utilization,constitutes configuration optimizing model of land utilization ,and establishes the land utilization structure optimization model. Finally brings forward practical ensuring measures for actualizing optimizing project of land utilization configuration, provides theoretical basis for the scientific , rational , sustainable utilization of land resource of Kashgar.
