Analysis On Land Resources Carrying Capacity And Optimal Allocation Of Land Resources In Guiyang City

Land is the substantial base on human's survival and development depends.In the last few years, great changes have taken place in the land resources utilization of the increasing requirements for the land with the continuous increase of population as well as acceleration of industrialization and urbanization. At present,China is carrying the maximum population , the issue on the land resources carrying capacity was paid close attention to. The author uses Guiyang city as example and analyzes land use carrying capacity,apply linear programming method,hypothesizes the restricted terms according to the actual situation. With an eye to the economic maximization, social and ecology benefits was considered, we found the most superior land use structure model in Guiyang city. Furthermore,have proposed the model of land use dividing into area of Guiyang city . The two models have offered management and technical support for the land resource optimal allocation of Guiyang city.Based on complete analyzing the existing problems , the structure and carring capacity of land use in Guiyang city,the structure and dividing area of the land resources utilization has been optimized in this paper resource. The paper includes three parts:In the first part, the existing land use structure and feature in Guiyang city have been analyzed and the existing problems of land utilization are put forward. In addition. the land use dynamic changes and factors are analyzed .The allocation of land use can be optimized according to analyzing the land utilization actuality and dynamic changes.In the second part,considered with the actual situation in Guiyang city and requirement for the research of optimal allocation of land resources, the land resources food carrying capacity and land resources economic carrying capacity are analyzed and forecasting. Thus conclusions are drawn: the present food carrying capacity of land resources is not overloaded,but land resourse economic carrying capacity is overloaded. The carrying capacity of land resources in 2010 will be overloaded.In the third part, based on the analysis of land use actuality and carrying capacity in Guiyang city, the land resources allocation have been optimized by establishing the structure optimal model. starting with the land use benefits, designs all kinds of limiting factors and then works out the numerical indexes for every kind of land use type aiming at the maximizing the economic benefits. By analyzing the optimized results, the optimizing project is reasonable and feasible. It can meet the requirement of carrying capacity and achieve a unification of economical, social and ecological benefits. On the other hand ,by calculating synthetical indexes of land use of every area establishes the dividing area optimal model. By this way can take full advantage of the natural resources and social resources in Guiyang city.Finally, the suggestions and measures about how to achieve the optimal allocation are put forward.
