The agricultural byproducts are main sources of income of the farmer, and is"thevegetable basket" of the citizen. With enhancement of living standard, people'sdemand to the non-staple food becomes diversified; the requests to the security andtimeliness of the agricultural byproducts are more and more high.As a large agricultural province, the number of agricultural products in HenanProvince is large, in terms of both quantity and variety. However, there are someproblems in the logistics process of agricultural products: the links are intricate andcomplicated and can't join together well; the level of logistics management is low.The massive seasonal agricultural byproducts perished in the field and in transit as aresult of blocked circulation, the cost of logistics is high additionally, all that causethe high price when it arrive the destination, the food security can't be guaranteed,also. This has already hindered the peasant's income increasing and cities inhabitant'ssecurity of food. Therefore, constructing the high-efficiency and share-informationagricultural products logistics network which have predominance of scale and canguarantee food security have great meanings to solving the contradiction between theagricultural products demand and-supply, improving' the competitiveness ofagricultural products and increasing peasant's income.At first, this article has summarized the agricultural byproducts logisticsdevelopment process of several important developed countries, analyzed the situationof the agricultural products logistics of our country, and pointed the problems and thereasons. In view of the Henan Province situation and agricultural byproducts attribute,classified the products, constructed two kind of different agricultural byproductslogistics network. And further, for the stock link, which is the most important link inlogistics process, we establishment mathematical model, in order to provide thetheory basis for the reality. Finally, proposed the necessary measure and suggestionon the infrastructure and serviceability separately.
