The rapid development of agricultural economy in our country, which has brought tremendous pressure to the environment and re sources, more and more professionals begin deep thoughts on continuously deteriorating environment and scarce resources, especially for the agricultural production pattern as the upgrade strong power to promote ag riculture industrialization in Ch ina. General in the traditional mode of agricultural production, once agricultural products lose the work ability they would be idle or treated as scrap, and such simple treatments of a large number of waste agricultural products pr oduced annually not only squander resources, but also cause bad ef fects on the environment. However, building the reverse logistics network provides the channel support for a series of reverse logistics activitie s of scrap agricultural products including recycling, demolition, reuse and remanufacturing. It also reduces costs the reverse logistics, as well as protects smoothly carry out the reverse logistics activities.As for this thesis, it regards the construction of reverse logistics network for scrap agricultural machinery products as the subject in its research, first of all, on the basis of th e research literature at home and abroad. I found the current situation of the agricultural machinery product reverse logistics by analyzing the policies and regulations, recycled sources and scrap recycling, it is concluded that the reverse logistics including logistics management that exist in the backward technology and infrastructure is imperfect and so on. Secondly, I select the best operating model of reverse logistics network by using the AHP method, and design the functions of network and network facilities, network layer and network node. Finally, on the basis of three kinds of un certain factors existing in the construction of agricultural product reverse logistics in China scrap analysis, put forward the assumption of the m odel, establish the MILP model of cost minimization, and analysis for exam ple, the model is solved by using LINGO software, verify the applicability and feasibility of the model. In order to ensure the operation of reverse logistics network for scra p agricultural machinery products can be reasonable and efficient, my paper puts forward security strategy from the state, enterprises and agricultural products users. This paper provides a feasible operation scheme for the construction and development of agricultural machinery product reverse logistics network in our country.
