Real estate agent industry has a long history in China and it is also a newly developing industry. The transaction of real estate came to a halt and activities of real estate agency disappeared gradually after the new government was set up and the socialism system had been built. With the construction of real estate market and revival of real estate industry from 1978, the real estate agent industry has developed step by step.On the background of the continual increase in the investment into this industry and the constant deepening of the reform on housing-system, the real estate agent industry in China underwent a course of revival and formation (1978-1992) to rapid development (after 1992).(The real estate agent industry in China has experienced the period of revival and formation(1978-1992) to rapid development(after 1992) under the circumstance of continuous investment on the real estate industry and deepening reform of housing-system.) The real estate agent organization is the main body of the real estate agent industry, which also has developed from individuals, corporation to industry organization.The real estate agent organization is an important component of the real estate agent industry, which is a complex organic system that can consummate endlessly on its own. The development of real estate agent industry is a durative process of systematization and forms of the real estate agent organization are different at specific periods. The mechanism of the development of real estate agent industry can be found out from the perspective of evolvement of organization's forms and changes of organization's structure. The long-term object of self–regulating organization is to make real-estate agent industry become self-organizing and self- inaugurating.With nearly 30 years development, the track and the discipline of China's real-estate agent industry is becoming clear gradually. the author analyzes the mechanism of the advancement of real-estate agent organization and summarizes systematically the way of the development of the real-estate agent industry From the perspective of the development of real-estate agent industry, on the background of the procession of real-estate agent industry and the advancement of real-estate agent organization, on the anatomical point of the impetus to the advancement of the organizations and the development of the vacation, on the abundant data and scientific theory,. The theory of system-economy and information-economy are referred here and the theory of self-organizing in the Systems Science are introduced in this dissertation.The advancement of real-estate agent organization is an epitome of the development of real-estate agent industry. Therefore, the principles and status quo of the development of real-estate agent industry can be found out through the analysis of the advancement of real-estate agent organization. And it is also useful for the settlement of the existing problems and the prediction of the future development.
