Research On The Diffusion And Incentive Mechanism For Technological Innovation In Industrial Park

Industrial park, as one of the industry spatial organization forms, promotes the economic growth of specific areas and improves the social environment by optimizing the distribution of various product factors with the combination of government and market. It plays a positive role in China's socialist market economy development. With the coming of a new period of economic strategic opportunities in China, vigorously developing industrial parks has become an important means in accelerating industrial economy.However, through the superficies of flourishing development, we can still discover a lot of problems in the course of its internal operation, especially in technical innovation, which is far behind the level of developed countries. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the implementation procedure of technical innovation in industrial parks by using the industrial agglomeration theory and technical innovation diffusion theory, on this basis, construct reasonable technical innovation diffusion mechanism and incentive mechanism and provide specific and operable theoretical reference to enhance industrial parks'unitary independent innovation ability and competitive strength.First, the paper reviews the current research of technical innovation in the mode of enterprise spatial agglomeration from four aspects: technical innovation, industrial spatial agglomeration, exterior character of technical innovation and competitiveness. By summing up the existing research from different perspectives, we can discover the deficiencies, make a start for the latter research and point out the research direction.Then, by summarizing and giving the conception of Industrial Park, this paper analyzes the features of technical innovation in industrial park and makes the structural model by referring and generalizing relative researchers'findings on cluster agglomeration, as while, the external effects of technical innovation in the industrial park is discussed.Further more, the paper raises the concept of"potential energy of technical innovation"in industrial park, analyzes the changes of potential energy of technical innovation, and generalizes the model of technical innovation diffusion in industrial parks. On that basis, it establishes the technical innovation diffusion model by logistic curve, analyzes the impact factors, and proposes the incentive mechanism for technical innovation diffusion. Finally, it uses the theory of principle-agent to establish the analytical framework of incentive mechanism for technical innovation diffusion and uses the"rank-order tournament"for reference to establish the relevant incentive mechanism model. Based on that, the paper gives out some feasibility measures in implementation the mechanisms for government and service agencies.
