| Three Gorges Reservoir Area is not only an important part of Changjiang Economy Area, but also a critical place, which plays an important role in Changjiang area economy developing and the West Development. Its economy development influences the whole area of Chongqing. Industries are motivation of economy, their structure influence how economy develops. As to Three Gorges Reservoir Area, its industries are stagnant all the time. With the emigrant program close to its end, the contraction of industries and lack of money in Three Gorges Reservoir Area of Chongqing will be more serious. Considering of the problems of money, this paper does research on industrial adjustment and the finance: Firstly, it concludes theory of the relationship between the industrial adjustment and the finance based on the industrial theory and financial theory; Secondly, it analyzes condition of the industrial structure,how finance operation, the most important, how the finance support the industries to adjust its structure and what are the reasons; Lastly, it gives suggestions about how the finance should do to back up the industries to develop.Conclusions are as follows:1.Regional finance and regional industries are going along with each other. Either of them can't exist or develop without the other.2.Finance promotes industrial adjustment by a series of mechanism supplying and allocation structure of capital. Three mechanisms concerned with capital make functions: the first is mechanism of capital formation; the second is mechanism of capital guidance; the third is mechanism of credit catalysis.3.Function what finance makes on industrial adjustment shows as follows: First, finance promotes industrial adjustment through deposit rate,investment transforming rate and capital-output rate; Second, different financial resource allocation; Third, the financial market; Last, political finance guide capital of other financial institution to the industries.4.Industrial adjustment of Three Gorges Reservoir Area had its fault, such as upgrade of industrial structure is not symmetric; connection of industries is not close; value and competence of industries are low.5.There are problems when finance support industrial adjustment, such as function of financial system does not run well. 6.There are five reasons, which result in the problems as said above. Firstly, the basis of economics; Secondly, the financial medium is not wholesome; Third, policies of region is sluggish and lack of coordination; Forth, the financial policies of region is not beneficial to the area; Fifth, investment environment is bad.According to the analysis and research above, it comes out seven suggestions: have sense of how to support investment to development; improve the financial service system; improve commercial finance system; establish various financial market; take advantage of mechanism of guidance from the political financial institution; set up policies which are suitable for the region; improve the environment which finance operate at. |
