The Research On The Synthetic Evaluation Of The Ecotourism Industry Development Of Heilongjiang Province

The development of tourism industry is considered as the quickest one in 21st century. As a comprehensive service industry, the level of tourism industry output value is affecting the condition of national economy in a national or an area. Along with the tourism unceasingly development, the influence of ecological environment aggravating day by day, and the contradiction between industrial development and the resources environmental protection appears suddenly. The development of the eco-tourism industry is the effective way to solve the contradiction exactly. As a result of its respects non-uniformity of nature and cultural, emphasis protection of ecological environment, brings economic benefits for the local resident, initiates the people to know the nature, enjoys the nature and protects nature, therefore it is considered as the important patterns to realizes sustainable development of tourism industry.Heilongjiang Province has rich eco-tourism resources. Eco-tourism industry already began to take the nature and cultural resources as the main characteristic. In 2006, Heilongjiang Province has realized 35.1 billion Yuan for the tourism gross income. It grows 25.2% compared to the year 2005. The proportion of tourism gross income occupies GDP is 5.65%, occupies the third industry output value is 16.8%. It grows 0.58% and 1.7% compare to the 2005. The development of tourism industry already became one of the quickest one in Heilongjiang Province, but it also had certain question in the developing process. As an important constituent of the tourism industry, eco-tourism industry needs to seek a reasonable development pattern to realizes the continually, healthy development of tourism industry. Therefore, this article analyses the present situation, conducts the situation(SWOT) analysis and carries on the synthetic evaluation to development of the eco-tourism industry, then seeks the rationalization proposal and the countermeasure to develop eco-tourism industry.This article first carries on analyzing the research on present situation of eco-tourism industry in domestic and foreign. In the foundation, it carries on the eco-tourism concept and limits to eco-tourism industry scope. In this foundation, this article through the situation(SWOT) analysis and then it establishes the synthetic evaluation index system to carry on the development of eco-tourism industry, and then according to the result of synthetic evaluation, provides the countermeasures.
