The Research Of Tourism Information Platform Effectiveness Based On Fse Model In Qinghai Province

In the “Twelfth Five-year” development planning, China national tourism administration emphasized that the tourism industry should widely use modern information technology. It should rely on the “Information” and the “Internet +” to drive the transformation of tourism industry to modern service industry. Because the current tourism market is mostly dominated by the individual clients, tourists increasing demand more travel information consultations, tourism products and services, traffic guidance of tourism, tourist safety and other tourism public services.While tourism information platform is the basic guarantee for providing these services. It will play a very important role for Qinghai tourism public information services to improve the supply efficiency that taking the tourism public information service system as a breakthrough for the development of tourism public information platform construction. This article takes the tourism information platform of Qinghai province as object of empirical study, relying on the Tourists Behavior Theory, the theory of Public Satisfaction, the Information Resource Management Theory and other basic theories, adopting Delphi Method to establish Qinghai province tourism information platform of effectiveness evaluation index system. This evaluation index system contains four first-level indicators, twelve second-level indicators, fifty third-level indicators. It combines Analytic Hierarchy Process with Entropy Method to determine the index weight of evaluation index system. This article bases on the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model to calculate fuzzy synthetic score. It also discusses the construction of tourism information platform in Qinghai province and puts forward the existing problems, such as the tourism information platform construction level generally, the comprehensive score is in a low level, the tourism information platform has a small amount of visits, the awareness of tourism ecological protection is not enough, etc. This article basis on the empirical analysis results and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of wisdom tourism in Qinghai, such as improving the information awareness,strengthening the talents training of information technology, Outstanding the personalized services of tourist information platform, Promoting the tourism ecological protection consciousness, etc.
