Since the reform and open policy, the Chinese economy has continued with the high speed growth. Since to 1978, the China average growth rate has achieved 9.36%. A long time high speed growth is very important to China.In the past 20 years,because of this rapid growth China become more powerful.This kind of economical development largely improved Chinese people's living standards. But because government has implemented the non-balanced development policy, causes the coastal areas rich first. Compares with the eastern area's high growth economy, the western area development growth is relatively slow, the gap between east and west became larger day by day. The nonbalance development is a realistic problem. If the gap between different areas became larger, inevitably will affect the common wealth goal's realization.In order to solve this problem, Central Party Committee proposed the Great Development of the West strategy, and investment large amount of money. Although west areas'economy get big progress, the gap still biger. The economical growth question still not obtained well solves.This article's analysis from three aspects about the western economy growth question. Chapter one gives an overview of the research background, purpose, significance, ideas and methods, and the potential innovation. In the second chapter, I use econometric theory analysis the west economy, and carried on the classification to the western provincese conomical growth typerom the total demand aspect. Yunnan, Gansu belong to the investment promoted conomy; Shaanxi, Guizhou, Guangxi, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Inner Mongolia belong to the expense impetus economy; But Ningxia belongs to the exportation impetus. This kind of classification make for the government constitute policy to economic growth of west.Third chapter has carried on the analysis from the government expenditure aspect. In this chapter I obtained some coefficients, conduce to the government make good policy. Concrete said that, if the western area government's goal is speeds up the economy to grow,the government should enlarge agricultural and the public security disbursement proportion,meanwhile must improve the scientific research system.Fourth chapter analyzed the industrial structure and the system of ownership structure theinfluence which grew to the economy. In the afterwards analysis, we introduce the reflection industrialstructure and the system of ownership structure mutual function alternately the item, this make us better understanding this interrelations.Fifth chapter is the article summary. This chapter take the front chapter of analysis conclusion as a foundation, proposed some means which make the economy grows faster.Finally, this paper summarizes the conclusions and pointed out some deficiencies in the paper and the direction of future research.
