This article systematic researched the feasibility study of the construction projects with mainline of construction enterprises'bid process. Bidding strategy is that bidders make the action guiding principle and behavior way according to the special details of the competition environment. It is the human's in competition special guiding ideology.Two parts of contents proposed in this article:1. Before construction projects'bidding, feasibility study work is one part of the bidding strategy. It is very important for the construction enterprises. This article exposits the concrete content of the project feasibility study work and detailed summarized correlation factor of the bid decision-making. In choosing bid projects part, this article introduced the quota analysis method and a new method for confirming weight in weighting index analysis.2. According to the model of the game, this article analyzed competition and cooperation of the construction enterprises. And according to the model of the game, it analyzed bidders who joined in the association were bidding.Along with the market economy thorough development and the law on public bidding implementation, bidding has become the main method and way for the construction enterprise who wants to obtain the construction duty and strive for the survival to seek the development. Therefore, it is very significant for us to study on the bidding strategy of construction projects using to helping construction enterprises to enhance the probability when they were bidding.
