Systematical Analysis And Countermeasure Research On Postgraduate Careering Development System In H Province

The postgraduate education has been keeping the fast growth situation since universities & collages expanded to recruit students continuously in 1999. The extension of the postgraduates enrollment scales alleviates the graduates employment pressure, at the same time, results in the intensification of postgraduates employment competition. The postgraduate careering development problem also becomes outstanding more and more with the increasing of the quantities of postgraduates.The postgraduate employment is a systematical project, and a comprehensive reflection of varieties of factors including national macroscopic economic and social development situation, postgraduate education and professional organizations, postgraduates employment strategy and outlet, postgraduates employment ideas and so on. Therefore, it has important realistic meaning and application value to analyze and study postgraduate employment problem systematically. Aiming at postgraduate employment problem in universities & collages of H province, the several aspects including university education system, graduate students of universities & collages, employee, careering development service terrace and national macroscopic surrounding were investigated systematically.Firstly, the necessity of systematical analysis of postgraduate careering development was set forth, and the employment system of universities & collages postgraduates was established and analysis of its function and structure has been carried on. Then the history and present condition of postgraduates careering development system in our country and H province was reviewed, and the forecast for postgraduates employment trend has been made by analyzing the causes for postgraduates employment problems in H province; Finally, the basic study of employment strategy for postgraduates in universities & collages in H province was made.The textual research is an attempt that systematic analysis applies in employment, and provides instruction suggestions for government employment managers, and puts forward a feasible and viable way for the postgraduates careering development.
