Analysis And Forecast Of Shaanxi Employment Trend During 11～(th) Five Years

Shaanxi, as an undeveloped province, makes effort to deal with series employment contradictions, including the relationship between the low-qualified labors and the high-level work requirements.Depending on the analysis of Shaanxi employment history, this thesis prescribes its trend and draws a conclusion that the employment plays a vital role in accelerating social harmony.This thesis starts with the comparison of unemployment theories in different developed countries, so as to provide a stable theory basis. Take Shaanxi present conditions at first, from the discussion of employment current situation, including employees' qualities and market demand, the thesis, based on linear algebra, sets up mathematics models predicting market demand for labor force during 11^th five years. Finally, analyzing the existing employment data and attribute of employment in Shaanxi, this thesis puts forward the feasibility and applicability of the mathematics models in Shaanxi that has been drawn above.
