Along with economic globalization and China's rapid economic development, developingthe logistics industry itself is rapidly becoming one of the most potential industry. The logistics industry is becoming an increasingly industry in the national economy and a new economic growth point. Lang Fang City demands analysis of the logistics, including transportation, storage demands, handling demands, delivery needs and other needs. This paper forecasting Lang Fang City of goods volume (used to describe the logistics volume). Adopting a strong capacity to promote better use of support vector machines, this paper forecasts planning characteristic years freight. This paper adopts fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to select the locations. Through the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system and comprehensive experts evaluation to determinate the locations. Finally, according to the foreign logistics center construction experience, it gives two proposals. One, a logistics center to strengthen the overall planning, organizing and leading policy support. Another, the construction of the center need to make full feasibility study. Also, giving advices about construction of logistics centers and research work for the future development prospects.
