Research On The Status And Function Of Guangdong In The Development Of The Pan-Pearl-Delta Region

At present,the primary question of regional economic development in China is the imbalanced development of regional economy.The differences of regional economic development in China are unceasingly enlarged. Therefore, the coordinated development of regional economy has already becamed the new tendency of Chinese development.The study on the status and function of Guangdong in the development of the Pan-Pearl-Delta Region, is advantageous to explore the pattern and mechanism on coordinated development of regional economy in China.And it is also advantageous to explore regional economic integration with Chinese characteristics.Making use of the statistical data, the thesis will mainly apply qualitative analysis method and quantitive analysis method to analyze the status and function of Guangdong in the development of the Pan-Pearl-Delta Region.The thesis firstly study the heterogenetic character of Pan-Pearl-Delta Region. And with case of international regional cooperation Organizes, such as European Union, the thesis study international experience' revelation to Guangdong taking part in the Pan-Pearl-Delta Region.And then,applying qualitative analysis method(such as factor analysis)and quantitive analysis method,the thesis study the status and function of Guangdong in the development of the Pan-Pearl-Delta Region. Finally, the thesis analyze the problems of Guangdong on the economic cooperation of the Pan-Pearl-Delta Region and Put forward some proposals.
