A Research On Independent Innovation Platform Of Automobile Company

With the development of integration on the global economy and technology, technological innovation has become the powerful impetus of the sustainable development in automobile industry. As a pillar industry of national economy, automobile industry covers a strategic position in the course of industrialization of a new pattern. For a long time, our country has applied "technology instead of market" which to some extent accelerates the development of automobile industry; however, it leads to the deficiency in independent-research and brand. Compared with developed countries in the world, there is a huge gap of the independent-innovation ability and engineering level in automobile manufacturing enterprise in our country. Therefore, improving the ability of independent -innovation is both the strategic point in the development and the key link of structure adjusting and leaping development in the automobile industry.This thesis concentrates on the study of independent -innovation platform in the automobile manufacturing enterprise. Firstly, it studies the concept, connotation and characteristic of independent -innovation platform theoretically. Secondly, it analyzes the structure and presents programming system and implementation, which is good for increasing the competitiveness according to the actual characteristic. Thirdly, it illustrates the functioning mechanism and figures out the performance appraisal and indicator system on functioning condition and system, risk control measures are also included. Lastly, according to the demonstration analysis of SGMW, it gives some referenced measurements in the structuring process.Study results achieved by combination of theoretical study, empirical analysis, comparative analysis and comprehensive evaluation theory of system are as follows: the difference between the independent innovation and the technological innovation of enterprise is compared and analyzed; a conceptual model of platforms of independent innovation is proposed; The framework of independent innovation platform, such as Resource Integration Platform, Research and Development of Technology Platform, Innovation Incentive Platform and Intellectual Property Platform, is constructed; The basic adjustment mechanisms, core operating mechanisms and critical association mechanisms of operation of automobile manufacturers' platforms of independent innovation are explored in detail; an artificial neural network model for evaluating operating performance of automobile manufacturers' platforms of independent innovation is built; risk factors for materializing independent innovation of automobile manufacturers are analyzed and then corresponding proactive measures are proposed.
