Research On Knowledge-Transferred Process Between The Enterprises In The Knowledge Alliance

With the knowledge economy growing, the knowledge is becoming one of the most important resources that are needed by the enterprises trying to grow and to become stronger. While the inner knowledge resource of the enterprises does not satistify this need of the knowledge, the enterprises often turn to a new organization—knowledeg alliance.The aim of the knowledge alliance is to let the knowledge creat, transfer or share between the members of the knowledge alliances. Because of the different benefit and the aim drivering, the indie mechanism of the culture and system, the self-governered resources, and even the different systems of knowledge management of the different enterprises, the traditional knowledge management is not enough for the work of the knowledge transfer between the enterprises joining the knowledge alliance. It should pays attention to the cooperation of the enterprises based on the knowledge and the relations of the knowledge transfer or the knowledge share. So the knowledge transfer in the knowledge alliance is not a simple thing about the intercommunion between the different enterprises. In fact, this process is affected by the knowledge gradient, knowledge transfer behavior, the cost and benefit of knowledge transfer etc, which is a complex, dynamic and multidimensional process.Since proposed by a German scholar C.A.Petir in the doctor paper in 1962,Petri is widely used in various fields after forty years development. Petri net is a graphic and mathematical modeling tool that can be applied to alaysis both the static structure and the dynamic behavior, especially to the model, alaysis and control of the process.Based on the domestic and international research on the knowledge alliance and the knowledge transfer, this paper systematically analyzes the knowledge transfer phenomenon between the enterprises in the knowledge alliance, and based on knowledge alliance's quality, the paper uses Petri theory to built a model about the knowledge transfer process in the knowledge alliance, which is called KPN of knowledge gradient, knowledge transfer behavior, the cost of knowledge transfer Finally, a case is to be modeled and simulated.
